Advertising Rules & Content Policy

These rules govern all advertisements on Liberads. Ads must comply with these standards, partner spot policies, and applicable laws.

General Standards

All ads must:

  • Be truthful, accurate, and not misleading
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • Respect intellectual property rights (no stolen logos, images, or content)
  • Function properly (working links, valid images, no broken resources)
  • Match the declared content category and policy flags
  • Be appropriate for the target spot's audience and policies

Prohibited Content

🚫 Illegal Activity & Harm
  • Illegal products, services, or activities
  • Counterfeit goods or pirated software
  • Hacking tools, malware, or harmful software
  • Child exploitation or endangerment
  • Human trafficking or exploitation
  • Violence, threats, or incitement to harm
⚠️ Adult & Age-Restricted
  • Explicit adult content — Prohibited on all spots
  • Suggestive content — Only on spots allowing it
  • Adult products — Requires age-verification
  • Escort services or similar offerings
💊 Regulated Substances
  • Tobacco products or e-cigarettes/vaping
  • Alcohol — Requires age-gating & spot approval
  • Cannabis/marijuana products (including CBD)
  • Prescription drugs without proper licensing
  • Illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia
  • Supplements with drug-like health claims
💰 Financial & Crypto
  • Cryptocurrency/NFTs — Spot-dependent
  • Get-rich-quick or pyramid schemes
  • Unregulated financial services
  • Predatory lending
  • Investments with unrealistic returns
  • Forex trading without disclaimers

Prohibited Ad Behaviors

Technical Violations
  • Autoplay video or audio
  • Flashing animations (seizure risk)
  • Fake UI elements (fake close buttons)
  • Malicious redirects or pop-unders
  • Tracking without disclosure
Deceptive Practices
  • Clickbait headlines
  • Phishing or social engineering
  • Brand impersonation
  • False scarcity tactics
  • Hidden costs or bait-and-switch
Content Categories & Spot Policies

Each spot may have specific policies regarding:

  • Adult content — Suggestive (non-explicit) allowed?
  • Political advertising — Candidate or issue ads?
  • Child-friendly — All-ages appropriate only?
  • Gambling & betting — Casinos, sports betting, poker?
  • Crypto & NFTs — Blockchain, web3 products?
  • Dating services — Dating apps, matchmaking?

Check each spot's policy flags before submitting. An ad allowed on one spot may be rejected on another.

Quality Standards

All ads should meet basic quality standards:

  • Images: Clear, properly sized, not pixelated
  • Text: Readable font, proper contrast, correct grammar
  • Links: Working URLs, secure (HTTPS preferred)
  • Branding: Consistent with legitimate business
  • File format: PNG, JPG, GIF, WebP

Credits held (not charged) while pending review

Checked for compliance with rules and spot policies

Credits captured, ad goes live for selected duration

Rejection

Credits released, reason provided in dashboard

Approval is not guaranteed. We and partners reserve the right to reject any ad for policy violations, quality concerns, or legal risk.

Enforcement

Violations may result in:

  • Ad rejection with explanation (first-time/minor issues)
  • Account warning for repeated issues
  • Account suspension for serious violations
  • Permanent ban for illegal content, fraud, severe abuse
  • Credit forfeiture for fraudulent activity
  • Legal action if content violates laws or causes harm
Appeals

If your ad is rejected and you believe it complies:

  1. Review the rejection reason in your dashboard
  2. Check these rules and the spot's specific policies
  3. If still in error, email contact@bealdor.com
  4. Include ad ID, spot ID, and compliance explanation

Appeal decisions are typically final. Repeated frivolous appeals may result in account restrictions.
